How do I customize my bookmark?
If you want a phrase from those that appear, you must select a predefined phrase and write us the medal number or the phrase.
If you choose to have it personalized, you must select a personalized phrase and write the message in the text box on the large and small medals.
We will send you the design before engraving.
When do I receive my bookmark?
Engraving takes a different amount of time than jewelry we already have made. We have to make it by hand and engrave it, so it can take between 5 and 7 business days, depending on availability at the time.
If you would like your bookmark engraved sooner because it's urgent, you should contact us to let us know if this is possible.
