HOW DO I CUSTOMIZE MY BRACELET?

Write in the text box what you want us to engrave. If you want to design it yourself, use an editor to write the message you want the medal to carry and upload the image.

If you want a specific font, you'll need to specify the name of the font or send us an image with the phrase in that font.

We have different fonts and we'll create the design for you. Before engraving, we'll show it to you so everything is in order.

How long does my bracelet take?

Your bracelet may take 5-7 business days to arrive, though we typically take 3-4 days, but we like to give ourselves extra time to be cautious.

Keep in mind the delivery time when ordering your jewelry, as it is a completely personalized product and may take more or less time depending on the orders we receive.
